We at Phillips Builders want you to have full faith in your new home. We provide all our home buyers with a limited 10 year warranty through Residential Warranty Corporation. We have a full time staff dedicated to the continued quality of your new home. You will receive a list of the sub-contractors on your home that you are free to call on during the first year. Our Warranty Specialist will also come to your home at your one year anniversary and address any warranty items you may have. We want you to have peace of mind knowing that your investment in your future is secure with Phillips Builders.

What items are covered under my one year builder's warranty? Refer to the RWC booklet received in your homeowner manual for details regarding your one year warranty.
Who do I contact if I have a non-emergency concern about my home prior to my one year warranty visit? For minor items such as nail pops in the drywall, settling cracks in caulked and/or grouted areas, doors rubbing in door jambs, etc. will be addressed at the one year warranty visit. Your community Construction Manager is responsible for any items that need addressed prior to your one year warranty visit and he may be reached through the Phillips Builders Sales Agent in your community.
What if I have an emergency like a plumbing leak or my air conditioning stops working? Our trade partners have customer care lines in order to service such emergencies. For the quickest response, please contact the responsible trade partner directly. You will find their customer care number listed in your homeowner manual.
