When you first visit one of our professionally decorated model homes you will be greeted by our onsite Sales Associate. All our Associates are REALTORS and members of the Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS. All adhere to a strict Code of Ethics and all welcome the opportunity to assist you. Each Associate will be able to provide you with floor plans and pricing, available inventory, community information including shopping, dining, churches and daycare facilities.

Financing the home of your dreams can be a daunting task. Our Preferred Lender’s are well versed in programs designed specifically for First Time Buyers with special incentives for Phillips Builders home buyers. Our Preferred Lenders have continually given superior service to our purchasers by providing, among other things, Good Faith Estimates, accurate information and caring guidance through all aspects of the lending process. Each of our Preferred Lenders offer competitive mortgage rates and second to none customer service.

The writing of the contract can make even the most seasoned home buyer get a case of the jitters. Our Sales Associate will take the time to explain all the paperwork to you. All specific requests are put in writing to ensure a smooth process from start to finish. All our Buyers also participate in a Pre-construction Meeting with our community Builder/Superintendent.

All steps are taken to make sure that expectations are set and met at this meeting. You will have the opportunity to have all your construction questions answered professionally by the Builder in charge of your personal home. You may rest easy in the knowledge that prior to closing on your new home you will have two walk-throughs with your Builder where any questions or concerns may be fully addressed.

The decorating process is very exciting for our home buyers, whether it’s the first time or the seventh time! Our Sales Associate will happily guide you through the selection process from our design choices housed inside each of our model homes. You will choose from carpet, hardwood, cabinetry, countertops, etc.

The closing process has been known to be one of the most joyous times experienced by our First Time Buyers. We have a Preferred Title Company relationship with Hallmark Title. Hallmark Title realizes your home is your most valuable asset and fully understands the processes associated with purchasing your new home. Hallmark Title is available to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding your closing.
