	E. Randall Phillips, II President Randall Phillips is the President of Phillips Builders and is responsible for all the day to day operations of the company. His oversight extends to all the company’s procedures, holdings and projects. Randall holds a Business degree from the University of Tennessee. He is the father of three sons, Taylor, Harrison and Griffin. Randall and his family reside in Goodlettsville, TN.
	Jason Phillips, Vice President Jason Phillips manages the commercial real estate ventures as well as pursuing raw land deals for future residential developments for Phillips Builders. He holds a Business degree from the University of Tennessee. He is married to wife, Leslie, and is the father of three children, Laine, Lou and Gray. Jason and family make their home in Goodlettsville, TN.
	Charlie Phillips, Vice President Charlie Phillips executes all construction protocols for Phillips Builders. Charlie supervises the staffing and training of all construction team members. He holds a History degree from Belmont University. He is married to wife, Karilynn, and is the father of two daughters, Megan and Janey Reese. Charlie and his family live in Goodlettsville, TN.
